In my business analysis career, I partner with Local Authorities and London Boroughs on Digital Transformation, AI and restructure projects all designed to directly benefit residents, organisation or the community.
My experience with small businesses began with helping my family’s farm. They had no website, very little online presence, and lacked a cohesive brand. I performed a full business analysis, shadowing their daily processes to identify key opportunities. From there, I developed a strategic business plan, which included building a website with a booking form, executing a complete rebrand, and establishing a robust marketing strategy. This effort led to a strong brand identity, significant growth including, over 3,000 followers in the first year and new revenue streams through events and other expansion opportunities. This also sparked my passion for wanting to help other small businesses.
I now enjoy helping small businesses improve their marketing, operations, and digital presence. As an AI specialist, I’m constantly exploring new technologies that make processes more efficient and productive in a cost-effective way. I’m passionate about empowering business owners to take solutions into their own hands by teaching them the skills they need to confidently continue the work long after my service has finished.
My career and technology have given me the freedom to take control of my work-life balance. I often travel throughout the UK, working remotely from beautiful destinations while continuing to deliver excellent, personalised results for my clients.
